Party time

Your party includes 1 hour of structured gym activities led by our coaches, followed by up to 45 minutes in the

upstairs Party Room. Additional gym or party-room time cannot be added for guests who arrive late.

Ages and parent shadows

Children of all ages are welcome as birthday honorees and guests. Our parties include structured, coach-led activities, and some children need adult assistance to participate safely.

• Children age 3 and under must have a parent or guardian accompany them on the gym floor as a parent shadow.

• Children age 4 and older may participate independently if they can stay with their assigned group, follow coach instructions and participate safely. Staff may require a parent shadow if a child has difficulty staying with the group or following safety instructions.

Parent shadows assist their own child, remain with the child’s group and follow the party coaches’ directions.

Only adults needed as parent shadows may enter the gym area. All other parents, guardians and guests must remain in the designated viewing area in the upstairs Party Room. Believe Gymnastics staff determine when a parent shadow is needed and may limit participation in an activity if

a child cannot participate safely, even with parent assistance.

Guest accounts and waivers

Every participant must have an account created through our Customer Portal and complete all required parent and student waivers before entering the gym area. For minors, a parent or legal guardian must complete and sign the waivers. Children without completed waivers may not participate in gym activities.

Accessibility and additional support

Our gym floor and upstairs Party Room are not wheelchair accessible. Our main lobby and restrooms are wheelchair accessible. Please contact us before booking if a guest may need accommodations so we can discuss how we can best assist your party. Notify Believe Gymnastics at least one week before the party if a participating child may need additional assistance or accommodations during gym activities.

Gym safety

• Shoes are not allowed in the gym.

• Food and drinks are not allowed in the gym area.

• All guests must follow gym rules and staff instructions. A child who does not follow safety rules may be asked to sit out an activity.

Food and drinks

Please bring a birthday cake or cupcakes and candles. No other outside food or drinks are allowed in the facility. Pizza, juice boxes, and ice cream are included with Gold Packages and must be purchased through Believe Gymnastics. Please notify us in advance of any known food allergies.

Decorations and facility care

Believe Gymnastics will decorate the Party Room. Additional decorations are not allowed. Tape and adhesives may not be used on walls or tables. Confetti and Silly String are not permitted inside the facility or in the parking lot. The party host is responsible for all costs associated with damage to the facility caused by the party.

Final details and changes

All party details and requests for changes must be submitted at least one week before the party date. Changes are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. A Believe Gymnastics staff member will confirm the final guest count, food quantities and other details during the pre-party interview.

Payment and cancellations

Payment in full is required at booking to reserve your party date and time. Party payments are non-refundable, except as described below if Believe Gymnastics cancels your party.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your party one time with at least 7 days’ notice, subject to availability. Your original payment will transfer to the new party date. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 7 days before the party result in forfeiture of the party payment, subject to the emergency exception below.If sudden illness or a family emergency occurs, please contact Believe Gymnastics as soon as possible. Management may consider rescheduling due to extenuating circumstances on a case-by-case basis.

If Believe Gymnastics must cancel

If we must cancel due to severe weather, facility issues or another circumstance beyond our control, your party may be rescheduled at no additional charge. If we cannot provide a reasonable rescheduling option, we will issue a refund.

No shows

Failure to attend a scheduled party without prior notice is considered a cancellation, and the party payment is forfeited.
