All employees are USA Gymnastics trained, safety certified, Safe Sport certified, and background checked.

Our competitive program has produced countless State, Regional, and National athletes. We have the first Elite and Tops National Team members in TN, and many of our athletes have received college scholarships. Not only are we concerned with technical gymnastics and developing strategy to succeed, but we also emphasize the development of positive character traits and sportsmanship.
The Owners
Keno and Erica Anderson share a lifelong passion for athletics, family, and helping young athletes achieve their dreams.
Keno is a proud University of Memphis alumnus, where he played four years of baseball. His years as a student-athlete taught him the discipline, perseverance, and teamwork that now guide his leadership at Believe Gymnastics.
Erica’s gymnastics career began early and took her to the pinnacle of the USA Gymnastics Development Program as a Level 10 gymnast. Her deep knowledge of the sport, paired with her competitive experience, drives her mission to provide the highest quality coaching and support to every gymnast who walks through the doors.
Since founding Believe Gymnastics, Keno and Erica have coached athletes to remarkable achievements, including state champions, regional champions, national champions, U.S. Developmental Team members, and TOPs National Qualifiers. Their program also produced the first Junior International Elite gymnast in Tennessee Gymnastics history, a milestone that reflects their dedication to excellence.
Above all, Keno and Erica believe in developing the whole child—athletically, mentally, and personally—within a positive and family-oriented atmosphere. Their greatest pride is their three children, who inspire them daily to keep believing in the power of hard work, character, and dreams.
