Spectators/ Parents
The event has a one spectator per athlete limit. Please understand this is the only way we can host this event and give the girls the opportunity to compete.
*Admission is $5. Admission is cash only. Participating gymnasts do not pay admission. Doors open 30 minutes prior to general stretch.
*Face coverings (covering nose & mouth) are required for everyone three years and older.
*Six feet social distancing is required in all areas of the building.
*Food and drinks (except water) are not allowed in the spectator area on the gym floor. Food and drinks can be consumed in the upstairs observation areas.
*At the conclusion of the awards ceremony, please exit the building promptly. The facility will be emptied, cleaned, and reopened 30 minutes prior to the next session’s general stretch.
*Meet shirts will be presold on our gym website, www.believegymnastics.org, through January 17th. They will not be available for purchase at the event. Shirts will be available for pickup at admissions during the event.
*Admissions will be located through our South entrance under the smaller awning.
Gymnasts
*Gymnasts must wear a face covering (covering nose and mouth) at all times except during their timed warm up or competitive routine. Face coverings are required during general stretch, between routines, and between timed warm ups.
*Gymnasts must wear a face covering during awards.
*Awards will immediately follow each session.
*Food and drinks (except water) are not allowed on the competition floor.
Coaches
*Entry fees are due by Friday, January 15th. ($95/ gymnast - $50/ team) Make checks payable to Believe Gymnastics.
*Coaches are required to wear a face covering (covering nose and mouth) while in the venue and on the competition floor.
*Food and drinks (except water) are not allowed on the competition floor. Food and drinks can be consumed in the upstairs coaches hospitality area or in the upstairs observation areas. Dinner will be provided between the Saturday sessions.
*Only gymnasts competing in the current session are allowed on the competition floor.
*Coaches must be registered through the USA Gymnastics online booking to be cleared to coach at the event.
